TUCE operates Aether-Braid from Florida. Commercial conversations, evaluation hardware, firmware, and any future licensed work are with United States persons and United States entities. We do not take foreign customers on this program.
This page is written so a reviewer can see the posture without a capability dump. Nothing here is a license, an equipment authorization, or a claim that a transmitter is certified.
This site does not offer a certified radio for sale. If a future product includes a transmitter, it will complete the applicable FCC equipment-authorization path before it is marketed. We do not hold, and do not claim, a nationwide operating license for an encrypted radio service.
We do not market classified, Type-1, or “undetectable” products. Any commercial cryptography in a future release is subject to the Export Administration Regulations. Until then, the work stays in the United States.
We do not design, sell, or support jamming, unlawful interception, or evasion of lawful communications systems.
